Yes. Our aluminum profiles are quite rigid, and the weight limit for even the slimmest profile (40x40) far surpasses the human weight.

Seat choice depends on your body type and comfort preference.

Bucket seats fit tighter than standard automotive seats, so larger drivers may prefer XXL bucket seats or reclining models. Always review the seat dimensions and size charts provided on the product page to ensure proper fit before ordering.

No. Seats are sold separately from mounting hardware.

Depending on the seat type, you will need either side brackets, seat sliders, or both. If you are unsure which components are required for your rig and seat combination, contact support for compatibility confirmation.

Most bucket and recliner seats can be mounted on our rigs. Please consult manuals for specific rigs and if the width of the cross-member profile is wider than the distance between left and right mounting holes, your seat will fit.

One set is enough for lighters rigs, but we would recommend two sets for heavier drivers/rigs.

One or two sets of cable clips would be more than fine.

No, you can attach either the caster wheels or the sim feet to your cockpit or (stand-alone) monitor mounts.

Check the VESA size of your monitor and compare it with the plate we ship with our monitor mounts.

Also, check the product page for specifications. We list the monitor size that each specific monitor mount can support.

It takes anywhere from 2-5 business days for your order to be prepared to get ready for shipment. Transit time is after that, and is dependent on how far you are located from our fulfillment center in Pennsylvania. We ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, OnTrac and USPS. However, lead times will be extended during peak sales and busy seasons. If your order contains items with longer lead times, all products in the order will be shipped together once they are all available and ready. For more precise waiting time for a specific product, please refer to the product page or send us a message.

Yes! Once your order has been packed, an email with a tracking reference will be sent to you. If you have not received the tracking reference and your order has been shipped, just contact our support team for assistance.

All Sim-Lab products include a standard manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty duration varies by product type and region. Each product is fully tested and quality-checked before shipping. Coverage starts from the original purchase date and requires valid proof of purchase.

To start a warranty claim or request after-sales support, contact Sim-Lab customer support.

Please provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable. Our team will review your case, assist with troubleshooting if needed, and advise on the next steps for repair, replacement, or inspection.

We offer a full refund for products returned to our warehouse in mint condition, provided that the return is initiated within 14 days of delivery.

It should be indicated that Sim-Lab is not responsible for any fees charged by banks when payments are made in foreign currencies. Once the returned products are received, it typically takes around two to three business days for them to be inspected.
